8 Months

Brady turned 8 months on Fathers Day (June 20). He has changed so much in the last month and has become so much fun. He is so happy and smiley.

Some things about Brady:

- This boy loves to eat...anything and everything. He eats solids 3 times a day and has many snacks and tastes of things we are eating. He had his first PBJ sandwich and he loved it so much that's what he has for lunch everyday along with some baby food veggies.

- Will only eat green beans or peas if it is mixed with fruit
- Had his 7, 8, and 9 ear infections so got tubes on the 25th and seems so much happier
- Loves his daddy. They have such a cute relationship
- Loves to sleep in mommy and daddy's bed. We let him do that a lot when he was having ear infections so now we have to work on breaking that habit.


- Loves other little kids and babies. He especially thinks his 2 year old cousins, Ashley and Allie are very funny.

- Loves to scratch at things. He will lay in his crib and just scratch at the bumper.
- Has officially learned to pull himself up in his crib. Time to lower it!
- Can get up on his hands and knees and rock back and forth. He'll be crawling soon!

- Still working on those 2 bottom teeth. I swear they always look like they are about to break through, then they don't. Weird.
- Loves to sit and play with toys.
- LOVES the pool at my parents house.

- Loves to be outside and go for walks or to the park. He gets so excited when we open the front door.
- Puts EVERYTHING in his mouth. He is so drooly.

- Loves apple juice and water
- Had been sleeping horribly but slept 10 hours straight after his surgery so hopefully it is going to get better.
- Moves all over his crib when he sleeps and usually ends up on his side or tummy.

- Loves riding in the car in his big boy carseat
- Still taking two naps lasting anywhere from 1 1/2-3 hours
-Has learned to say "dada" and says it all day long. It's so cute!
- Wears all of his 6-9, all of his 9 month, and most of his 12 month clothing

- Moving up to size 4 diaper
- Talks and jabbers all the time. He loves to scream. It's funny but gets annoying fast :)
- Still loves bathtime. He splashes water everywhere!


Brady is changing and learning so much right how it's hard to keep up with everything. We sure love having him in our family and wouldn't have it any other way. Love you bug!
