Christmas Eve

Unfortunately, Matt had to work Christmas Eve so it was up to me to keep the kids entertained. Lucky for us, it snowed so that pretty much took up our whole morning. We played outside then came in for some hot chocolate (me) and cinnamon rolls. Gavin went down for a nap and Brady and I tried to do some Christmas crafts...that was a bust. Brady is just not in to crafting at all. What can I say, he's all boy.

Matt got home around 4 and we went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse with everyone. it's a great tradition because there is no clean up to take care of and we can enjoy the evening. We came home and gave the kids their Christmas jammies. We watched Mickey's Christmas and shared some popcorn then got the kids to bed. We watched The Santa Clause while we finished setting up the train table and putting the gifts under the tree.
It was such a fun day!

Trying to get a decent picture of these two is quite frankly, impossible. We tried EVERYTHING and still couldn't capture a good smile out of either. Oh well, I still love all of these pictures. They show a lot of personality and just what great friends these two are.

That's about as good as it got :)
Love them :)
